Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Wisma AI, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients across government and corporates. You will ensure the successful onboarding, engagement, and ongoing satisfaction of clients using our AI advisory and analytics services. This role bridges strategy and execution, helping translate client needs into meaningful outcomes powered by AI.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to key clients.
Understand client goals and align our solutions to deliver measurable value.
Coordinate across internal data, engineering, and research teams to ensure successful delivery.
Track key metrics such as client satisfaction, usage, renewal, and growth.
Conduct regular reviews, workshops, and check-ins.
Proactively flag and resolve issues or blockers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years experience in a client-facing role in consulting, SaaS, or data/AI products.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with AI, data, or analytics tools (you don’t need to code but should understand the basics).
A growth mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
